30-Day E-commerce Website Build

Overview

A design-led Framer site with Shopify powering your store. Built for brands that are serious about selling. Four weeks. A fully built marketing site in Framer with up to 12 pages, a native CMS, and a Shopify-integrated shop that is ready to trade from day one. This is for brands where the website is both a brand statement and a sales engine. You come in with your brand in place: logo, colours, fonts and final copy for all pages in scope. We build a Framer site that feels nothing like a template, connect it to Shopify for full e-commerce functionality, and hand you over with the confidence to manage both sides.

What's Included

  • 01Strategy & Structure

We start with a focused onboarding: a short questionnaire and a kickoff call to understand your products, audience, and commercial goals. Together we define a sitemap of up to 12 pages and map out the role of each: which pages sell, which pages build trust, which pages convert browsers into buyers. We also align on the Shopify setup including collections, product types, checkout flow, and any integrations before anything gets designed or built.

  • 02Responsive Framer Website Design & Build

Using your existing brand assets, we design a fully custom Framer site that leads with your brand and drives toward your shop. The homepage sets the visual tone and commercial direction: built around your products and primary calls-to-action. From there, we design and build the remaining pages in scope using the same visual system: About, Collections, Shop, FAQ, Contact, and any additional pages agreed in the sitemap. Every page is structured around how your customer actually moves through your brand. From discovery to decision to checkout.

  • 03Shopify Integration

Your store runs on Shopify. We set up or connect your Shopify account, configure your collections, products, and checkout settings, and integrate it seamlessly with the Framer front end. You get Shopify's full commerce engine: inventory management, discount codes, abandoned cart recovery, a scalable product catalogue, etc. with none of the visual compromise of a standard Shopify theme.

  • 04CMS-powered content hub

We set up a content structure in the platform’s CMS (for example “Journal”, “Stories”, “Resources”, or “Updates”) so you can publish new content without touching design. You get a content overview page, a content detail template, and a small featured section on a key page so your latest stories or resources can surface naturally in your site.

  • 05Platform Setup

We set up Framer for your project and translate all designs into a website build. That includes building responsive layouts, navigation, footer, and basic site settings so the site feels solid on mobile, tablet, and desktop from day one.

  • 06Essential Integrations

We connect one primary enquiry or contact form and basic email capture to your chosen email or CRM tool.

  • 07SEO & Launch-Ready Setup

We apply essential on‑page SEO across core pages and templates, setting titles, meta descriptions, clean URLs, and alt text where appropriate. We also set up analytics (such as GA4) so you can see which pages and offers drive views, clicks, and enquiries once the site is live.

  • 08Polish, launch prep, and domain connection

Within the sprint window, we refine small details that emerge naturally in build: spacing, alignment, responsive adjustments and prepare the site for launch. We handle domain connection inside your chosen platform and line everything up so going live is a calm step, not a scramble.

  • 09Handover Call & Post launch support

At the end of the sprint, we walk you through how to manage pages, publish or edit content entries in the CMS, and, if included, update products or offers in your shop. You receive admin access, short Loom walkthroughs for key tasks, and a defined period of light post‑launch support to fix bugs that surface once guests start using the site.

Available Extras

  • 01Additional Pages

The build includes up to 12 pages. Beyond that, each additional page is scoped and priced individually. Simple content pages are straightforward; pages with custom layouts or dynamic content are quoted accordingly. Flag any additional pages at the enquiry stage so they can be planned into the build.

  • 02Revisions (+300 EUR)

Designs are submitted for approval at each phase before development begins. If you'd like changes after a submission, revisions are available at €300 per round. The clearer your brief and references going in, the smoother the approvals process.

  • 03Product Photography Direction (+300 EUR)

We don't shoot photography, but we can provide a detailed art direction brief: shot list, styling notes, composition guidance, and reference imagery, so your photographer captures exactly what the site needs. Ideal if you are organising a shoot alongside the build.

  • 04Email Marketing Setup (+800 EUR)

We connect and configure your email marketing platform: Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar, with your Shopify store and Framer site. This includes abandoned cart flows, welcome sequences, and list capture forms, ready to activate from launch day.

  • 05Multilingual Setup (+600 EUR)

Need the store in more than one language? We configure a multilingual setup across both Framer and Shopify and structure the content so each language version can be managed independently. Copy and translation are your responsibility; we handle the build and structure.

  • 06Extended Handover Support (+500 EUR)

The standard build includes a defined post-launch support window for bug fixes. Extended Handover Support adds two months of priority access for questions, minor content updates, and guidance as you settle into managing both Framer and Shopify after launch.

  • 07Priority Scheduling (+300 EUR)

Need your build moved to the front of the queue? A priority slot guarantees your build starts within 5 business days of brief sign-off, regardless of current studio availability.

Timeline

Before we start

You complete a short questionnaire and share your final copy, logo, colours, fonts, product information, and references. We confirm scope, sitemap, and Shopify setup so the build can move cleanly from day one.

Days 1 and 2: Monday to Tuesday

Onboarding call to align on goals, sitemap, product structure, and Shopify configuration. We lock the plan so design can begin immediately.

Days 3 to 5: Wednesday to Friday

We design your homepage using your existing brand assets and share it with you by Day 5. You review and provide feedback so we maintain momentum into the following week.

Days 6 to 8 - Saturday to Monday

We extend the approved look and feel to your core interior pages, such as About, Services/Experiences, and a key offer page. By the end of this phase, the main pages your guests will use most are designed and internally locked so they’re ready for build.

Days 9 and 10: Tuesday to Thursday

We design the remaining pages in your sitemap using a shared component system, ensuring consistency and efficient future updates. All layouts are now defined, and we treat the full design set as locked so development can move without rework.

Days 11 to 17: Thursday to Wednesday

We build the full site in Framer, implementing all pages, navigation, and responsive behaviour. The focus is on faithful implementation of the designs and a smooth experience across devices.

Days 18 and 19: Thursday to Friday

We set up your CMS content hub, configuring the collection, content overview page, and detail templates. We also set up your product structure, shop page, and product detail template, connecting Shopify where relevant.

Days 22 to 24: Monday to Wednesday

We connect your primary enquiry form and simple email capture, and integrate basic booking or enquiry flows with your existing tools. We also apply on‑page SEO essentials and configure analytics so the site is ready to start capturing meaningful data at launch.

Days 25 and 26: Thursday to Friday

We run internal checks across pages, navigation, content hub entries, and shop flows (if included) and prepare the domain connection and platform settings. The goal is that launch on Monday feels calm and predictable, with no last‑minute surprises.

Day 29: Monday

We connect your domain and take the site live, then host a training/handover session. You learn how to edit pages, publish or update content in the CMS, and manage products and offers. You leave with admin access and a clear understanding of your post‑launch support window.

FAQs

  • 01Who is the Signature Site Sprint for?

This sprint is for wellness studios, spas, retreats, boutique hospitality brands and businesses in general that need a fuller site than a simple five‑page presence. It’s ideal when you want a strong main site plus a CMS‑powered content hub, and optionally a small shop for treatments, passes, or products.

  • 02Do I need to have my branding ready before this sprint?

Yes. You’ll need a basic brand in place before we start: logo, colours, fonts, and final copy for all pages in scope. The sprint focuses on website design and build around an existing identity—it doesn’t include logo design or full brand development. If you need branding first, we’ll point you to our brand identity packages as a better starting point.

  • 03What exactly is included in the E-commerce Website Build?

The E-commerce Web Build includes strategy and structure for up to 12 pages, full custom design in Framer using your existing brand, Framer build with native CMS, Shopify setup and integration, one contact or enquiry form, basic analytics setup, essential on-page SEO, and a live handover session. You leave with a responsive, launch-ready site and store you can manage day to day.

  • 04What’s not included in this package?

This build does not include branding from scratch (logo, colour palette, typography), copywriting, photography or product photography, custom Shopify theme development (the store is integrated with Framer, not a standalone Shopify theme), complex membership or subscription logic, multilanguage sites, or third-party integrations beyond Shopify. If you need those, we'll assess whether they fit within scope or require a Custom Website.

  • 05Do I need an existing Shopify account?

No. If you don't have one, we'll set it up as part of the build. If you already have a Shopify account with existing products, we'll connect to it directly and migrate or restructure as needed.

  • 06What if I need more than 12 pages?

We can add pages as paid extras. If the scope is significantly larger or if your site needs custom logic, integrations, or a fully bespoke CMS we'll recommend moving into a Custom Website instead.

  • 07What if I just need a simple shop. Do I need this package?

Not necessarily. If selling is a secondary part of your site and you only need a small product catalogue, a Website Sprint with the Shop add-on may be the right fit. The E-commerce Website Build is for brands where the shop is central to how the business operates and the Framer design layer matters as much as the commerce functionality.

  • 08What happens if I’m late with feedback or content?

This build moves in clear phases. Feedback on homepage and page designs needs to be returned the same day we share them in order to hold the timeline. Note that revisions are not included in this package. The design is presented in focused phases and built once approved. If content or feedback is delayed, the timeline moves accordingly and in some cases we'll need to pause and reschedule your build slot.

  • 09What about revisions?

Revisions are not included in the E-commerce Web Build. Design is presented in two focused phases: homepage, then all remaining pages with a single feedback point at each stage. We move to build once you approve. If you need additional design rounds beyond that, we can quote a revision block as a separate add-on. This structure is intentional: it keeps the build moving cleanly and on time.

  • 10What if I change my mind on direction mid‑sprint?

The Launch Site Sprint is designed as a decisive process with tight scope. Once we’ve aligned on direction and locked designs, major changes of direction aren’t included. If you realise mid‑way that you need a larger rethink, we can either schedule a new sprint, extend the work as a separate add‑on, or move you toward a 4‑week Signature Site Sprint or branding engagement if the issue is deeper than the website.

  • 11What if I need changes after the site goes live?

After launch, we offer a short window of light post‑launch support to fix bugs and small issues. New features, additional pages, or design changes after that window are considered new scope. For ongoing improvements, you can either book another sprint or move into our creative subscription model to evolve the site steadily over time.

  • 12When is a Custom Website the better choice?

If you need a fully bespoke stack: custom-coded in Next.js with a tailored CMS, advanced integrations like memberships, client portals, or real-time data or if the design vision goes beyond what Framer can contain, a Custom Website is the right direction. We'll tell you honestly during the enquiry stage.

  • 13What if I don’t have my brand identity yet?

If you don’t yet have a logo, colour palette, and typography in place, the Launch Site Sprint isn’t the right first step. In that case, we recommend starting with one of our branding packages, where we create your visual identity and core brand tools. Once those foundations are set, we can then plug them into a Launch Site Sprint or the 4‑week Signature Site Sprint.

  • 14Brand or web? Where should i start?

Our products work best when you’re clear on what needs to move first: your brand, your website, or both.

    Brand is right if:

    • You don’t yet have a brand identity or your current one no longer fits where you’re headed.
    • You need clarity on positioning, visual direction, and how you show up across touchpoints.
    • You’re planning a launch or rebrand and want strong brand foundations before touching the website.

    Web is right if:

    • You already have a brand identity in place (logo, colours, fonts, and core copy).
    • Your website feels outdated, non-existent, or misaligned and you’re ready to change that.
  • 15Do I need branding or web first?

If your brand identity doesn’t exist yet, or no longer reflects where you’re heading then it’s best to start with branding. If your brand already feels solid but your website feels outdated, misaligned, or non-existent, then a web-focused product is the next step.

  • 16What if I’m not sure which one is right?

If you’re between options, share your current brand, your goals, and your timeline, and we’ll recommend the best product or a simple sequence, like branding first and web after.

  • 17What Is The Difference Between The Website Packages And What Platform Are They Built On?

The difference between the Website Sprint, Full Website Build, and Custom Website lies in the level of structure, design depth, and technical customization.

    • A Website Sprint is a fast two-week build for brands that already have their content and direction ready. It focuses on delivering a clean, polished website efficiently.
    • A Website Build allows for more thoughtful structure, refined design, and a fully developed site with multiple pages and a flexible CMS.
    • A Fully Custom Website is completely bespoke. Both the design and the backend are built from the ground up, including a custom CMS tailored to how your business manages content.

All websites are built on modern platforms that allow you to easily update and manage your content once the site is live.

  • 18What Platform Are Your Websites Built On?

Our no-code 2 Week Website Sprint is built on Squarespace for speed and flexibility.

For our 4 week Website Build we use Framer, a low-code platform that gives us more tools to handle higher complexity projects without compromising on design.

Fully coded websites will be build on modern full-stack systems like Next.JS or on Shopify for large e-commerce solutions.

  • 19When Is A Fully Custom Website The Right Choice?

A Fully Custom Website is ideal for brands that need something highly distinctive or technically tailored. This is typically chosen by businesses that require unique functionality, a completely bespoke design, or a platform built specifically around their workflow.

  • 20Why Does A Custom Website Include A Custom CMS?

In a Custom Website project, we build the backend structure specifically around how your business uses the website. This means the CMS is designed to be intuitive and tailored to your needs, making it easier to manage content without ongoing technical support.

  • 21Why Doesn’t The Full Website Build Include A Custom CMS?

The Full Website Build still provides a flexible CMS that allows you to update your content easily. However, the system is build on low-code platforms that include their own content management systems (CMS) that follows a more universal structure, which keeps the project efficient while still delivering a refined and professional website.

  • 22Can I upgrade my website in the future?

Of course. Our websites are built on resilient, scalable solutions but they will always be bound to the specific platform they were built on. This is way choosing the right platform for your business that also considers your future goals is so important.

Fully coded websites have generally more room to grow, since they are not built on any specific platform but rather live on their own code base and use tools as needed.

  • 23What if I need revisions?

Our packages are fast-paced, focused, timeline-bound projects without revision. Once the creative direction is decided we don’t believe revisions are needed or required.

    • For branding and design jobs we accommodate revisions at an additional fee, in which case 48 hours will be added to each revision. Revisions can be requested once a specific task is completed and handed over, for that specific task at hand. Approved tasks are not eligible for revisions within this scope. This keeps the process smooth and efficient.
    • For websites, revisions during the design phase are handled with the process mentioned above. Once the website design is approved and signed off, revisions on coded elements are charged per 5-hour units, understanding that re-coding already approved designs is time consuming. In these context, a revision is a change on an already approved design. Deviations from design or bugs are fixed at no extra cost.
  • 24What If I Don’t Like The Direction?

To keep the process efficient and timelines predictable, revisions are not included by default. Instead, we focus on presenting clear, considered options throughout each stage so you can choose the direction that feels right. If additional revisions are needed, they can easily be added on as required. This approach allows you to only pay for what you actually need while keeping the process focused and on schedule.

Clients usually choose to work with us because they connect with our design approach and visual style. The process is intentionally structured to allow our expertise to guide the work while still giving you clear decision points along the way.

  • 25What Makes Your Approach Different?

Clients usually choose to work with us because they connect with the style and creative perspective already present in our work. Rather than adapting to every possible aesthetic, we focus on building brands within a clear design language that reflects our studio’s approach.

Much of our experience is within wellness, lifestyle and modern consumer brands, giving us a strong understanding of what works both visually and strategically in these spaces. Our goal is to create identities that feel distinctive, timeless and aligned with the long-term vision of the business.

For this reason, our process is structured and focused. We present carefully developed directions at key stages so decisions remain clear and the project moves forward efficiently.

  • 26What is a CMS?

A Content Management System: your private dashboard to update text, photos, or pages yourself, without needing a developer every time. We build it custom so it matches exactly how you work.

  • 27What is the difference between Squarespace e-commerce and a Shopify integration?

Both let you sell online, but they serve very different needs.

    • Squarespace e-commerce is built into the platform and works well for straightforward shops—a handful of products, treatments, passes, or physical items. It's easy to manage, covered within your existing site, and a good fit when selling is a secondary part of your offer rather than the core of your business.
    • Shopify is a dedicated commerce platform built specifically for selling at scale. It offers significantly more powerful inventory management, discount and promotion tools, abandoned cart recovery, a much larger app ecosystem, and a checkout experience your customers already trust. When paired with a Framer-built marketing site, you get the best of both worlds—a fully custom, design-led front end with Shopify's commerce engine running behind it.

In short: if you need a simple shop as part of a broader service site, Squarespace handles it well. If selling is central to how your business operates or you expect your shop to grow Shopify is the stronger foundation, and the 30-Day E-commerce Website Build is built around exactly that.
