1 Week Brand Sprint

Overview

Our Brand Sprints are time-bound intensives designed to build strong foundations with focus and precision. Foundations Sprint: Fast. Focused. High-Trust. A concentrated execution sprint for founders ready to move.
This is a decisive process. No revisions (unless you want them). No extended back-and-forth. You trust our direction, and we deliver a refined visual core.

What's Included

  • 01Logo Design

We design a logo that represents your brand at its core. The focus is on creating a clear, distinctive mark that works across digital and physical contexts, without building an extended logo system.

  • 02Typography Selection

Typography selection includes a header, sub-header, and body copy font chosen to suit your brand’s visual direction. The focus is on selecting fonts that work well together, rather than defining a full typographic system or usage rules.

  • 03Colour Selection

We select a colour palette of 2–5 colours that aligns with your brand’s overall direction. The focus here is on choosing colours that feel right together, rather than building a full colour system or usage rules.

  • 04Mini Brand Guide

The mini brand guide is a concise document that brings together all core brand assets in one place. It acts as a practical reference, showing the logo, typography, colour palette, and basic usage examples. Unlike a full brand guidelines document, it’s designed for quick handover and everyday use rather than in-depth rules or strategy.

  • 05Website Homepage Mockup

The homepage mockup is created as a conceptual design. All rights remain with eeze Studio. If we move forward together on a website build, the design can be used and developed further.

  • 06Final Files

Final files include all approved brand assets, organised and prepared for immediate use. Everything is structured clearly for handover to developers, printers, or collaborators.

Timeline

Before We Start

After payment, we’ll send a short questionnaire to understand you, your business, and your vision. This must be completed before the start date so we can begin fully aligned.

Day 01 - Monday

We kick things off with a quick onboarding call to align on direction. From there, we create three moodboards. You pick one direction the same day so we can move forward.

Day 02 - 04 - Tuesday to Thursday

We develop two distinct brand identity options from the chosen direction. Each option includes a logo direction, colour palette, and typography system.

Day 05 - Friday

We present both identity options in detail and walk you through the thinking behind each direction. You review, compare, and confirm your chosen direction by the end of the day.

The Weekend

With the direction locked in, we take time to sit with the final design and imagine how it will come together as a website homepage. This space allows ideas to form naturally before execution.

Day 8 - Final Day

We build the final website homepage mock-up, refine the selected identity, and package everything up. All final brand assets and files are delivered by the end of the day.

FAQs

  • 01Are Brand Sprints right for me?

Not everyone needs a full brand identity right from the get-go. In fact, we discourage it more than you'd think. Yep, you read that right. The Brand Sprint is a five day process that isn't for everyone, but they are for…

    • Early phase idea validation If you’re still in the validation phase of your business (ie: there’s no demand for your product/service yet), this could be the right move for you. When you’ve got a solid client base or sales trajectory, we can build out the other parts of your brand as you grow.
    • Businesses whose sales aren't brand-dependant Some businesses need a full brand identity right away to attract customers, but if that's not your business, this might be for you. For example, if your brand is competing on shelves in a highly saturated space like CPG, you'll need thoughtful strategy and insights to inform your positioning and design. For something like this, we would recommend a full brand process.
    • Businesses seeking investment You need something professional to share with investors, but your business model isn’t fully ironed out, you don’t have any sales, and you need something compelling that will give you the confidence to pitch and win over that perfect investor.
    • Busy entrepreneurs with limited time If you’re in the throngs of business ownership with new opportunities on the way, the Brand Sprint could be the refresh you need to support next-level growth. While this 5-day process requires decent availability on your end, some of our clients find it easier to dedicate themselves over this short period rather than a multi-month process.

We can help diagnose which path is best for your business. Reach out, and let's chat.

  • 02What if I need more than what's included in a standard Brand Sprint?

Sometimes our clients need just a little bit more than what our base Sprint projects offer. There are many additional deliverables we can add-on to your Sprint project (either during the Sprint or after depending on how much time we need!), including everything listed below:

    • Iconography
    • Illustrations
    • Animations
    • Presentaton Templates
    • Business cards
    • Brochures
    • Packaging
    • Signage
    • Merch
    • Squarespace website
    • Shopify website
    • Webflow website
    • Custom coded website
  • 03Can the scope of what’s included in the Brand Sprint be flexible?

Definitely! We can modify and change as needed, so we’ll customize this based on what your business needs right now. Not every business is the same, and because a lot of the folks we work with are at different stages, each solution we suggest is slightly different.

  • 04Do brand sprints happen online or in person?

All of our interactions will happen online. We will provide a zoom link for our scheduled interactions, this keeps the process simple and efficient.

  • 05Do the 7 days have to be consecutive?

Yes! We need to capitalize on the momentum that happens when we focus solely on your project during this time. That being said, our team has the weekend of to rest we find this time is great to come back to ideas and design with fresh eyes

  • 06Do the brand sprint workshops take all day?

Our kick-off meeting is short and sweet! You’ll provide pre-work in advance that our team will have a few days to digest, and then we’ll take 45 minutes—1 hour on Day One to debrief the pre-work with you and dig into anything else that we need to have clarity on before we get started

  • 07What is needed from me during a brand sprint?

We’d recommend blocking off your calendar (mostly) during the Brand Sprint time. You’ll have a relatively short amount of time to make choices between deliverables, so we always recommend choosing a timeline where you can be pretty present. You won’t be needed all day, every day!

  • 08Is a website included in the visual identity brand sprint?

No unfortunately not, but we do provide a homepage mockup as a conceptual design to show the brand in context. All rights to the mockup remain with Eeze Studios. If we move forward together on a website build, the design can be used and developed further.

You can view our 2 week and 4 week website spirts here

  • 09What Happens After 1 week?

After the sprint you will receive your assets so your brand can be used confidently across platforms. If you need further work such as website design, packaging or ongoing creative support, we can continue working together on a project basis.

  • 10How Much Time Do I Need To Commit During The Sprint?

Your time commitment is relatively light. At the beginning you’ll complete a short questionnaire and take part in a strategy conversation so we can align on direction. During the sprint there will be a few points where feedback is needed, but most of the work happens independently on our side.

  • 11How do your products work?

All of our products share the same principles: clear scope, fixed timelines, and defined outcomes. We keep the process structured and focused, with revisions available as an add-on instead of open-ended rounds. They all share these points in common:

    • Fixed timelines: Each product runs on a defined schedule (1, 2, or 4 weeks, or a custom timeline for bespoke sites), so you know exactly when you’ll move from start to finish.
    • Defined scope: We agree the product, deliverables, and platform up front. Branding-only, web-only, or both, so the work stays concentrated and decisions are easier to make.
    • Focused collaboration: We run on clear phases and specific feedback moments rather than continuous iteration. If you need additional revisions, they’re handled as separate, clearly scoped add-ons.
  • 12What if I’m not sure which one is right?

If you’re between options, share your current brand, your goals, and your timeline, and we’ll recommend the best product or a simple sequence, like branding first and web after.

  • 13What Is The Difference Between A Brand Sprint And A Brand Immersion?

What Is The Difference Between A Brand Sprint And A Brand Immersion?

A Brand Sprint is a short, design-focused process created for businesses that need a strong visual identity quickly. It focuses on delivering the core elements needed to launch or present a brand.

Brand Immersion is a deeper, four-week brand development process. It includes strategy, positioning, voice, and visual identity, allowing us to build a more considered and comprehensive brand system.

  • 14What if I need revisions?

Our packages are fast-paced, focused, timeline-bound projects without revision. Once the creative direction is decided we don’t believe revisions are needed or required.

    • For branding and design jobs we accommodate revisions at an additional fee, in which case 48 hours will be added to each revision. Revisions can be requested once a specific task is completed and handed over, for that specific task at hand. Approved tasks are not eligible for revisions within this scope. This keeps the process smooth and efficient.
    • For websites, revisions during the design phase are handled with the process mentioned above. Once the website design is approved and signed off, revisions on coded elements are charged per 5-hour units, understanding that re-coding already approved designs is time consuming. In these context, a revision is a change on an already approved design. Deviations from design or bugs are fixed at no extra cost.
  • 15Why Does Strong Branding Matter For My Business?

Strong branding creates clarity, trust and recognition. It helps your business communicate its values, attract the right audience and stand out in a crowded market. A well-built brand system ensures everything from your website to social media feels consistent and intentional.

Over time, this consistency makes your brand memorable and instantly recognizable; like how seeing the colour red immediately brings Coca-Cola to mind.

  • 16What If I Don’t Like The Direction?

To keep the process efficient and timelines predictable, revisions are not included by default. Instead, we focus on presenting clear, considered options throughout each stage so you can choose the direction that feels right. If additional revisions are needed, they can easily be added on as required. This approach allows you to only pay for what you actually need while keeping the process focused and on schedule.

Clients usually choose to work with us because they connect with our design approach and visual style. The process is intentionally structured to allow our expertise to guide the work while still giving you clear decision points along the way.

  • 17What if I don’t have a brand name?

We can add a Naming Consultation to your package. This includes two one-hour sessions across two days where we brainstorm naming ideas together using different creative frameworks. The time between sessions allows space to reflect before refining the strongest directions.

  • 18Who Owns The Final Brand Assets?

Once the project is complete and final payment has been made, you will receive all final brand assets. These assets are yours to use across your business, marketing, and future materials. As the design studio behind the work, we retain the right to showcase the project within our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials.

Ownership of the work transfers only once the project has been paid in full. If any outstanding payments remain, all concepts, designs, and assets remain the property of EEZE Studio and may not be used or reproduced.

  • 19What Makes Your Approach Different?

Clients usually choose to work with us because they connect with the style and creative perspective already present in our work. Rather than adapting to every possible aesthetic, we focus on building brands within a clear design language that reflects our studio’s approach.

Much of our experience is within wellness, lifestyle and modern consumer brands, giving us a strong understanding of what works both visually and strategically in these spaces. Our goal is to create identities that feel distinctive, timeless and aligned with the long-term vision of the business.

For this reason, our process is structured and focused. We present carefully developed directions at key stages so decisions remain clear and the project moves forward efficiently.
