What data we collect and why

Contact and enquiry forms

When you fill in any form on this site (contact, client application, or project enquiry), we collect your name, email address, and the details you provide. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is stored in our internal CRM and emailed to our team. We do not share it with third parties or use it for marketing without your explicit consent.

Analytics

With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to record anonymous session replays and heatmaps. This helps us understand how visitors navigate the site so we can improve it. Clarity may store cookies and collect information such as mouse movements, clicks, and scroll behaviour. No personally identifiable information is included in these recordings. You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie preferences link in the footer.

Vercel Analytics

We also use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that measures traffic without cookies or fingerprinting. No consent is required and no personal data is stored.

Cookies

We use one first-party cookie/localStorage entry (cookie-consent) to remember your cookie preferences. If you accept analytics, Microsoft Clarity may set additional cookies. You can manage your preferences at any time via the cookie banner or the cookie preferences link in the footer.

Data retention

Form submissions are retained in our CRM for as long as the business relationship is active, or until you request deletion. Email correspondence is retained in line with standard business practice. Analytics data via Clarity is retained for 13 months on Clarity's servers; we do not hold a separate copy.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to object to processing and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@eeze.studio. We will respond within 30 days.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Microsoft Clarity — session recordings (analytics, opt-in only)
• Vercel — hosting and privacy-first traffic analytics
• Sanity — CMS and CRM for lead storage and content management
• SMTP / email provider — delivery of form notification emails

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
