2 Week Website Sprint

Overview

A fast, focused website build for brands that need a clean, professional online presence without a long or complex project. Over two weeks, we design and build a custom-designed Squarespace site around your brand and offer. You arrive with your brand and copy ready; we handle strategy, design, build, and launch. No templates. No bloat. Just a well-structured, good-looking website. Live in two weeks.

What's Included

  • 01Strategy & Structure

We start with a focused onboarding: a short questionnaire and a kickoff call to understand your offer, audience, and priorities. Together we define a simple sitemap for up to 7 pages and outline what each page needs to do (inform, invite, convert), so every screen has a clear purpose before we design or build anything.

  • 02Responsive Website Design & Build

We design the full site using your existing brand assets: logo, colours, fonts. Starting from the homepage, we set the visual language, layout, and hierarchy for the entire site, then carry it through to interior pages. Every page is structured around your primary call-to-action and built to work beautifully across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

  • 03Platform Setup

We build the full site in Squarespace: all agreed pages, navigation, footer, responsive behaviour, and basic site settings. Clean, fast, and easy for you to manage after handover.

  • 04Essential Integrations

We configure one primary enquiry or contact form and connect it to your chosen inbox or simple tool, so enquiries don’t get lost. We also set up basic analytics (such as GA4) and straightforward essentials like page titles, meta descriptions, and alt text within the platform, giving you a clean baseline for future optimisation.

  • 05SEO & Launch-Ready Setup

We apply essential on‑page SEO across core pages and templates, setting titles, meta descriptions, clean URLs, and alt text where appropriate. We also set up analytics (such as GA4) so you can see which pages and offers drive views, clicks, and enquiries once the site is live.

  • 06Polish, launch prep, and domain connection

Within the sprint window, we refine small details that emerge naturally in build: spacing, alignment, responsive adjustments and prepare the site for launch. We handle domain connection inside your chosen platform and line everything up so going live is a calm step, not a scramble.

  • 07Handover Call & Post launch support

On launch day, we host a live handover session to walk you through how to edit text and images, update basic sections, and manage your site confidently. You receive admin access and short Loom walkthroughs for common tasks, plus a defined window of light post‑launch support to fix any bugs that surface once the site is live.

Available Extras

  • 01Additional Pages

Need more than the pages included in your Sprint? Each extra page is scoped and priced individually based on complexity. Simple content pages are straightforward; pages with custom layouts or unique interactions are quoted accordingly. Flag any additional pages during the enquiry stage so we can factor them into the plan.

  • 02Revisions (+300 EUR)

The Sprint is built around a clear approval process: designs are submitted for your sign-off before the build begins. If you'd like changes after submission, revisions are available at €300 per round. Keeping your copy, references, and direction consolidated before we start is the best way to avoid them.

  • 03Content Collections Setup (+500 EUR)

Want to manage a blog, portfolio, events calendar, or team directory from your Squarespace dashboard? We configure and style Squarespace Content Collections so you can publish and update structured content independently: no developer needed after handover.

This add-on includes the following additional designs: Collection page, collection item page and featured item block.

  • 04Squarespace Store (+600 EUR)

Add Squarespace's native commerce to your site. We set up your store, configure your product catalogue, and style the shop and checkout pages to match your site design. Best suited for brands with a straightforward product range. For larger or more complex stores, the E-commerce Website Build is the right starting point.

This add on includes the following designs: A shop page, a product page and a featured product block.

  • 05Squarespace Member Areas (+500 EUR)

Want to gate content behind a login? Online courses, resources, member-only pages? We configure Squarespace Member Areas so you can offer exclusive content to paying or registered members, managed entirely within your Squarespace dashboard.

  • 06Multilingual Setup (+300 EUR)

Need the site in more than one language? We configure a multilingual setup within Squarespace and structure the content so each language version can be managed independently. Copy and translation are your responsibility; we handle the build and structure.

  • 07Priority Scheduling (+300 EUR)

Need your Sprint moved to the front of the queue? A priority slot guarantees your build starts within 5 business days of brief sign-off, regardless of current studio availability.

Timeline

Before we start

You complete a short questionnaire and share your final copy, logo, colours, fonts, and references. We confirm scope and work on a sitemap for up to 7 pages.

Day 1: Monday

We have an onboarding call to align on goals, audience, creative direction and page structure, then begin design work. Then we move straight into building your homepage with your branding assets.

Days 4: Thursday

We submit it on Thursday for approval. You review and either approve or request a revision with feedback the same day. Once approved, we move forward.

Day 8 - Monday

We submit the full site with all remaining pages for approval. Once again you can either approve or request a revision within the same day.

Day 9: Tuesday

Once approved, we lock final designs across all pages and prepare all assets to be handed over to the web-dev team to work on integrations, navigation and optimisations.

Day to 11: Thursday

All copy and imagery is placed in the website and we start pressure testing the website to find potential issues. We will also check responsiveness across different devices

Day 12: Friday

We set up your primary enquiry or contact form and connect basic analytics. Essential on‑page SEO is added so the site is ready for launch.

Day 15: Final Day

We connect your domain, take the site live, and host a handover session. You learn how to update key content and know exactly what’s included in your light post‑launch support window.

FAQs

  • 01Do I need to have my branding ready?

Yes. You’ll need a basic brand in place before we start: logo, colours, fonts, and final copy for all pages in scope.

The sprint focuses on website design and build around an existing identity and it doesn’t include logo design or full brand development. If you need branding first, we’ll point you to our brand identity packages as a better starting point.

  • 02Is Squarespace the only platform option?

Squarespace is our default for the Website Sprint, because it's fast to build on, easy for you to manage, and well-suited for clean, service-led sites. However, we can also work with Framer and Webflow at similar price points.

If you have a strong preference for a different platform we can discuss it during onboarding and we'll advise.

  • 03What exactly is included in the Website Sprint?

The Website Sprint includes strategy and structure for up to seven (7) pages using your existing brand, full build on Squarespace, one primary enquiry/contact form, basic analytics setup, essential on‑page SEO, and a live handover session. You end with a responsive, launch‑ready site that you can update yourself.

  • 04What’s not included in the Website Sprint?

Copywriting, full branding from scratch, CMS-powered content hub (available as add-on), shop (available as add-on), complex booking systems, memberships, multi-language sites, or heavy custom code. If your needs go beyond this, the E-commerce Website Build, Shopify Website and Custom Website will be a better fit.

  • 05What if I need more than 7 pages?

Additional pages can be added at our hourly rate or packaged separately depending on quantity.

  • 06Can I add a CMS (blog, journal, resources) or shop to this sprint?

Yes. Both are available as add-ons (CMS €500, Shop €700). These must be confirmed before the project starts so we can account for them in scope and timeline.

  • 07What if I need complex booking or membership features?

Simple enquiry forms and links to external scheduling tools (like Calendly or Acuity) are included. For deeper integrations like studio management systems, memberships, or multi-location booking we'll guide you toward the Bespoke Fully Custom Website instead.

  • 08What happens if I’m late with feedback or content?

This sprint works because it moves quickly. Content and assets must be ready before we start, and key feedback points and approvals (homepage and full page designs) need same‑day responses. If feedback or content is delayed, the timeline and launch date move accordingly, and in some cases we’ll need to pause and reschedule your sprint.

  • 09What if I change my mind on direction mid‑sprint?

The Website Sprint is a decisive process with tight scope. Once direction is locked, major changes aren't included. If a larger rethink is needed mid-way, we can either extend the work as a separate add-on, work on hourly rates or move you toward a different package/

  • 10What if I need changes after the site goes live?

After launch, we offer a short window of light post‑launch support to fix bugs and small issues.

New features, additional pages, or design changes after that window are considered new scope. For ongoing improvements, you can either book another sprint or move into a monthly retainer model to evolve the site steadily over time, or for the first months after launch.

  • 11When should I choose the E-commerce Website Build instead?

Choose the 30-Day E-commerce Website Build if you want Shopify-powered commerce functionality. At €6,299 it's only €1,500 more than a fully loaded Website Sprint: with 12 pages, a native CMS, integration with an industry leading e-commerce platform, and a significantly more immersive design outcome.

  • 12When is a Fully Custom Website the better choice?

If you need one of a kind designs, advanced integrations, client portals, memberships, or a fully custom stack, the Bespoke Fully Custom Website is the right direction. That path starts with a separate discovery phase to scope the right solution for your business.

  • 13What if I don’t have my brand identity yet?

If you don’t yet have a logo, colour palette, and typography in place, the Website Sprint isn’t the right first step. In that case, we recommend starting with one of our branding packages, where we create your visual identity and core brand tools.

Once those foundations are set, we can then plug them into a Website Sprint or the 30‑Day Website Build.

  • 14What if I need a revision on a design handoff?

After each key handoff (homepage, full designs), we submit work for approval. You approve or request changes on that specific task. If a revision is needed, it’s €500 + 48 hours added to the timeline, with detailed feedback required up front. We only build confirmed revisions, no further changes included.

  • 15What if I need changes to the website after design sign-off?

We bill post-design changes per 5-hour coding block (€500). Coding changes depend on function and can’t be estimated upfront since design is already approved. Deviations from design or bugs are fixed at no cost.

  • 16Do I need branding or web first?

If your brand identity doesn’t exist yet, or no longer reflects where you’re heading then it’s best to start with branding. If your brand already feels solid but your website feels outdated, misaligned, or non-existent, then a web-focused product is the next step.

  • 17What Is The Difference Between The Website Packages And What Platform Are They Built On?

The difference between the Website Sprint, Full Website Build, and Custom Website lies in the level of structure, design depth, and technical customization.

    • A Website Sprint is a fast two-week build for brands that already have their content and direction ready. It focuses on delivering a clean, polished website efficiently.
    • A Website Build allows for more thoughtful structure, refined design, and a fully developed site with multiple pages and a flexible CMS.
    • A Fully Custom Website is completely bespoke. Both the design and the backend are built from the ground up, including a custom CMS tailored to how your business manages content.

All websites are built on modern platforms that allow you to easily update and manage your content once the site is live.

  • 18When Should I Choose A Full Website Build Instead Of A Website Sprint?

A Website Sprint works best when you already have clear content and a straightforward site structure. A Full Website Build is better suited for businesses that need more thoughtful structure, additional pages, or a more developed digital presence.

  • 19What Platform Are Your Websites Built On?

Our no-code 2 Week Website Sprint is built on Squarespace for speed and flexibility.

For our 4 week Website Build we use Framer, a low-code platform that gives us more tools to handle higher complexity projects without compromising on design.

Fully coded websites will be build on modern full-stack systems like Next.JS or on Shopify for large e-commerce solutions.

  • 20When Is A Fully Custom Website The Right Choice?

A Fully Custom Website is ideal for brands that need something highly distinctive or technically tailored. This is typically chosen by businesses that require unique functionality, a completely bespoke design, or a platform built specifically around their workflow.

  • 21Can I upgrade my website in the future?

Of course. Our websites are built on resilient, scalable solutions but they will always be bound to the specific platform they were built on. This is way choosing the right platform for your business that also considers your future goals is so important.

Fully coded websites have generally more room to grow, since they are not built on any specific platform but rather live on their own code base and use tools as needed.

  • 22What if I need revisions?

Our packages are fast-paced, focused, timeline-bound projects without revision. Once the creative direction is decided we don’t believe revisions are needed or required.

    • For branding and design jobs we accommodate revisions at an additional fee, in which case 48 hours will be added to each revision. Revisions can be requested once a specific task is completed and handed over, for that specific task at hand. Approved tasks are not eligible for revisions within this scope. This keeps the process smooth and efficient.
    • For websites, revisions during the design phase are handled with the process mentioned above. Once the website design is approved and signed off, revisions on coded elements are charged per 5-hour units, understanding that re-coding already approved designs is time consuming. In these context, a revision is a change on an already approved design. Deviations from design or bugs are fixed at no extra cost.
  • 23What If I Don’t Like The Direction?

To keep the process efficient and timelines predictable, revisions are not included by default. Instead, we focus on presenting clear, considered options throughout each stage so you can choose the direction that feels right. If additional revisions are needed, they can easily be added on as required. This approach allows you to only pay for what you actually need while keeping the process focused and on schedule.

Clients usually choose to work with us because they connect with our design approach and visual style. The process is intentionally structured to allow our expertise to guide the work while still giving you clear decision points along the way.

  • 24What Makes Your Approach Different?

Clients usually choose to work with us because they connect with the style and creative perspective already present in our work. Rather than adapting to every possible aesthetic, we focus on building brands within a clear design language that reflects our studio’s approach.

Much of our experience is within wellness, lifestyle and modern consumer brands, giving us a strong understanding of what works both visually and strategically in these spaces. Our goal is to create identities that feel distinctive, timeless and aligned with the long-term vision of the business.

For this reason, our process is structured and focused. We present carefully developed directions at key stages so decisions remain clear and the project moves forward efficiently.

  • 25What is the difference between Squarespace e-commerce and a Shopify integration?

Both let you sell online, but they serve very different needs.

    • Squarespace e-commerce is built into the platform and works well for straightforward shops—a handful of products, treatments, passes, or physical items. It's easy to manage, covered within your existing site, and a good fit when selling is a secondary part of your offer rather than the core of your business.
    • Shopify is a dedicated commerce platform built specifically for selling at scale. It offers significantly more powerful inventory management, discount and promotion tools, abandoned cart recovery, a much larger app ecosystem, and a checkout experience your customers already trust. When paired with a Framer-built marketing site, you get the best of both worlds—a fully custom, design-led front end with Shopify's commerce engine running behind it.

In short: if you need a simple shop as part of a broader service site, Squarespace handles it well. If selling is central to how your business operates or you expect your shop to grow Shopify is the stronger foundation, and the 30-Day E-commerce Website Build is built around exactly that.
