2 Week Website Sprint

Overview

A focused, short-run website build to get you live fast and looking sharp. Fast, clear, and high-trust, this sprint is for founders who are ready to move and value structure over endless iterations.

You come with your core brand in place: logo, colours, fonts, and final copy for all pages in scope. We define a simple sitemap of up to five pages, design your homepage and interior pages around your primary calls-to-action, and build the site on Webflow, Framer, or Squarespace. At the end, you leave with a responsive, launch-ready site and the confidence to manage it day to day.

What's Included

  • 01Strategy & Structure

We start with a focused onboarding: a short questionnaire and a kickoff call to understand your offer, audience, and priorities. Together we define a simple sitemap for up to 5 pages and outline what each page needs to do (inform, invite, convert), so every screen has a clear purpose before we design or build anything.

  • 02Responsive Website Design & Build

Using your existing brand assets (logo, colours, fonts) and approved direction, we design a custom homepage that sets the mood, structure, and visual language for the entire site. The layout is built around your primary call‑to‑action—typically booking, enquiring, or exploring services—so the page feels both beautiful and commercially useful.

Once the homepage is set, we design and build up to four additional pages—such as About, Services, one Service detail, and Contact—using the same visual system for consistency. Each page is structured to answer the right questions in the right order, with clear sections, hierarchy, and calls‑to‑action tailored to wellness and hospitality clients.

  • 03Platform Setup

We select and set up the best‑fit platform for your project (Squarespace, Framer, or Webflow) and implement all agreed pages there. That includes building responsive layouts, navigation, footer, and basic site settings so the site feels solid on mobile, tablet, and desktop from day one.

  • 04Essential Integrations

We configure one primary enquiry or contact form and connect it to your chosen inbox or simple tool, so enquiries don’t get lost. We also set up basic analytics (such as GA4) and straightforward essentials like page titles, meta descriptions, and alt text within the platform, giving you a clean baseline for future optimisation.

  • 05SEO & Launch-Ready Setup

We apply essential on‑page SEO across core pages and templates, setting titles, meta descriptions, clean URLs, and alt text where appropriate. We also set up analytics (such as GA4) so you can see which pages and offers drive views, clicks, and enquiries once the site is live.

  • 06Polish, launch prep, and domain connection

Within the sprint window, we refine small details that emerge naturally in build: spacing, alignment, responsive adjustments and prepare the site for launch. We handle domain connection inside your chosen platform and line everything up so going live is a calm step, not a scramble.

  • 07Handover Call & Post launch support

On launch day, we host a live handover session to walk you through how to edit text and images, update basic sections, and manage your site confidently. You receive admin access and short Loom walkthroughs for common tasks, plus a defined window of light post‑launch support to fix any bugs that surface once the site is live.

We submit the homepage design for approval. You review and either approve or request a revision with feedback the same day. Once approved, we move forward.

Days 3 to 4 - Wednesday to Thursday

We design interior pages (up to 4 more) using the established homepage system. We submit full site design Thursday for approval.

Day 5: Friday

Once approved, we lock final designs across all pages and prepare all assets to be handed over to the web-dev team to start building the website.

Days 8 to 11: Monday to Thursday

We build the website in Squarespace, Framer, or Webflow, implementing all pages, navigation, copy, imagery and responsive behaviour.

FAQs

  • 01Do I need to have my branding ready?

Yes. You’ll need a basic brand in place before we start: logo, colours, fonts, and final copy for all pages in scope.

The sprint focuses on website design and build around an existing identity and it doesn’t include logo design or full brand development. If you need branding first, we’ll point you to our brand identity packages as a better starting point.

  • 02What exactly is included in the Website Sprint?

The website sprint includes strategy and structure for up to five pages, homepage and interior page design using your existing brand, full build on Squarespace, Framer, or Webflow, one primary enquiry/contact form, basic analytics setup, essential on‑page SEO, and a live handover session. You end with a responsive, launch‑ready site that you can update yourself.

  • 03What’s not included in the Website Sprint?

This sprint doesn’t include full branding (logo, colour palette, typography from scratch), copywriting, a CMS‑powered content hub, a shop, complex booking or membership systems, multi‑language sites, or heavy custom code.

If you need a deeper site with a content hub or shop, the 30-Day Website Build is usually a better fit or if you need complex flows or a fully custom stack, we’ll guide you toward a Fully Custom Website instead.

  • 04What if I need more pages than the five included?

The Website Sprint is intentionally designed for small, focused sites. If you need significantly more pages or sections, we’ll either add them as paid extras or recommend moving into the 30-Day Website Build, which is better suited for larger structures.

In some cases, a Fully Custom Website is the right direction if your content and flows are complex.

  • 05Can I add a CMS (blog, journal, resources) or shop to this sprint?

No. This sprint is for static, service‑led sites only; no CMS collections and no shop. If you want a content hub for stories, resources, or journal‑style updates, or if you want to sell treatments, passes, or products online, you’ll want the 30-Day Website Build, which includes a CMS and can include a shop as well.

  • 06What if I need complex booking or membership features?

Simple booking or enquiry flows can be handled through your contact form, plugins or links to an existing scheduling tool. If you need deeper integrations like full studio or spa management systems, memberships, complex calendars, or multi‑location booking we treat that as either part of the 30-Day Website Build or a Fully Custom Website, depending on complexity.

  • 07What happens if I’m late with feedback or content?

This sprint works because it moves quickly. Content and assets must be ready before we start, and key feedback points and approvals (homepage and full page designs) need same‑day responses. If feedback or content is delayed, the timeline and launch date move accordingly, and in some cases we’ll need to pause and reschedule your sprint or recommend a 30‑Day Website Build instead.

  • 08What if I change my mind on direction mid‑sprint?

This Website Sprint is designed as a decisive process with tight scope. Once we’ve aligned on direction and locked designs, major changes of direction aren’t included. If you realise mid‑way that you need a larger rethink, we can either schedule a new sprint, extend the work as a separate add‑on, or move you toward a 30-Day Website Build or branding engagement if the issue is deeper than the website.

  • 09What if I need changes after the site goes live?

After launch, we offer a short window of light post‑launch support to fix bugs and small issues.

New features, additional pages, or design changes after that window are considered new scope. For ongoing improvements, you can either book another sprint or move into a monthly retainer model to evolve the site steadily over time, or for the first months after launch.

  • 10When should I choose the 30‑Day Website Build instead?

Choose the 30‑day Website Build if you need more than five pages, want a CMS‑powered content hub, want to add a shop, or have more complex booking and integration needs. It’s designed for brands that need a fuller digital home rather than a simple launch presence. If you’re planning to grow content, run campaigns, or sell online, this is usually the right starting point.

  • 11When is a Fully Custom Website the better choice?

If you need a fully custom stack (such as Next.js + Sanity), advanced Shopify setups, multi‑location or multi‑language structures, or deeper integrations with booking, PMS, or CRM systems, we’ll guide you into a Fully Custom Website instead of a sprint. That starts with a separate discovery and architecture phase so we can design the right system around your business.

  • 12What if I don’t have my brand identity yet?

If you don’t yet have a logo, colour palette, and typography in place, the Website Sprint isn’t the right first step. In that case, we recommend starting with one of our branding packages, where we create your visual identity and core brand tools.

Once those foundations are set, we can then plug them into a Website Sprint or the 30‑Day Website Build.

  • 13What if I need a revision on a design handoff?

After each key handoff (homepage, full designs), we submit work for approval. You approve or request changes on that specific task. If a revision is needed, it’s €500 + 48 hours added to the timeline, with detailed feedback required up front. We only build confirmed revisions, no further changes included.

  • 14What if I need changes to the website after design sign-off?

We bill post-design changes per 5-hour coding block (€500). Coding changes depend on function and can’t be estimated upfront since design is already approved. Deviations from design or bugs are fixed at no cost.

  • 15Do I need branding or web first?

If your brand identity doesn’t exist yet, or no longer reflects where you’re heading then it’s best to start with branding. If your brand already feels solid but your website feels outdated, misaligned, or non-existent, then a web-focused product is the next step.

  • 16What Is The Difference Between The Website Packages And What Platform Are They Built On?

The difference between the Website Sprint, Full Website Build, and Custom Website lies in the level of structure, design depth, and technical customization.

    • A Website Sprint is a fast two-week build for brands that already have their content and direction ready. It focuses on delivering a clean, polished website efficiently.
    • A Website Build allows for more thoughtful structure, refined design, and a fully developed site with multiple pages and a flexible CMS.
    • A Fully Custom Website is completely bespoke. Both the design and the backend are built from the ground up, including a custom CMS tailored to how your business manages content.

All websites are built on modern platforms that allow you to easily update and manage your content once the site is live.

  • 17When Should I Choose A Full Website Build Instead Of A Website Sprint?

A Website Sprint works best when you already have clear content and a straightforward site structure. A Full Website Build is better suited for businesses that need more thoughtful structure, additional pages, or a more developed digital presence.

  • 18What Platform Are Your Websites Built On?

Our low-code/no-code websites are build on either SquareSpace, Webflow and Framer. We will suggest the platform based on the unique specifications of your project.

Fully coded websites will be build on modern full-stack systems like Next.JS or on Shopify for large e-commerce solutions.

  • 19When Is A Fully Custom Website The Right Choice?

A Fully Custom Website is ideal for brands that need something highly distinctive or technically tailored. This is typically chosen by businesses that require unique functionality, a completely bespoke design, or a platform built specifically around their workflow.

  • 20Can I upgrade my website in the future?

Of course. Our websites are built on resilient, scalable solutions but they will always be bound to the specific platform they were built on. This is way choosing the right platform for your business that also considers your future goals is so important.

Fully coded websites have generally more room to grow, since they are not built on any specific platform but rather live on their own code base and use tools as needed.

  • 21What if I need revisions?

Our packages are fast-paced, focused, timeline-bound projects without revision. Once the creative direction is decided we don’t believe revisions are needed or required.

    • For branding and design jobs we accommodate revisions at an additional fee, in which case 48 hours will be added to each revision. Revisions can be requested once a specific task is completed and handed over, for that specific task at hand. Approved tasks are not eligible for revisions within this scope. This keeps the process smooth and efficient.
    • For websites, revisions during the design phase are handled with the process mentioned above. Once the website design is approved and signed off, revisions on coded elements are charged per 5-hour units, understanding that re-coding already approved designs is time consuming. In these context, a revision is a change on an already approved design. Deviations from design or bugs are fixed at no extra cost.
  • 22What If I Don’t Like The Direction?

To keep the process efficient and timelines predictable, revisions are not included by default. Instead, we focus on presenting clear, considered options throughout each stage so you can choose the direction that feels right. If additional revisions are needed, they can easily be added on as required. This approach allows you to only pay for what you actually need while keeping the process focused and on schedule.

Clients usually choose to work with us because they connect with our design approach and visual style. The process is intentionally structured to allow our expertise to guide the work while still giving you clear decision points along the way.

  • 23What Makes Your Approach Different?

Clients usually choose to work with us because they connect with the style and creative perspective already present in our work. Rather than adapting to every possible aesthetic, we focus on building brands within a clear design language that reflects our studio’s approach.

Much of our experience is within wellness, lifestyle and modern consumer brands, giving us a strong understanding of what works both visually and strategically in these spaces. Our goal is to create identities that feel distinctive, timeless and aligned with the long-term vision of the business.

For this reason, our process is structured and focused. We present carefully developed directions at key stages so decisions remain clear and the project moves forward efficiently.
