Timeline
Before We Start
After payment, we’ll send a short questionnaire to understand you, your business, and your vision. This must be completed before the start date so we can begin fully aligned before Day 1.
Days 1 To 5 – Monday To Friday
Strategy and foundation; we define your positioning, mission, long-term vision, values, personality and brand story. Audience profiles are clarified and direction is confirmed before we move into execution.
Days 6 to 10 - Monday to Friday
Voice and messaging system; we develop how your brand speaks, defining tone, vocabulary, messaging principles and communication rules so your voice is consistent, clear and strategically aligned.
Days 11 To 17 - Monday to Wednesday
Visual identity system; we design your complete visual identity, including logo system, colour palette, typography structure and image direction building a cohesive system rooted in strategy.
Days 18 to 23 - Thursday to Tuesday
Application and context; we bring the identity into context through homepage mockups, brand applications and structured social guidelines so the brand feels real, functional and execution-ready.
Days 24 to 30 - Final Week
Brand guidelines and delivery; we compile the full brand system into a structured guidelines document and deliver all final logo files, colour codes, type references and organised brand assets.

02. What if I need more than what's included in the 30-Day Brand Build?
Sometimes our clients need just a little bit more than what our base 30-Day Brand Build projects offer. There are many additional deliverables we can add-on to your Sprint project (either during the Sprint or after depending on how much time we need!), including everything listed below:

03. Can the scope of what’s included in the 30-Day Brand Build be flexible?
Definitely! We can modify and change as needed, so we’ll customize this based on what your business needs right now. Not every business is the same, and because a lot of the folks we work with are at different stages, each solution we suggest is slightly different.
04. Do 30-Day Brand Builds happen online or in person?
All of our interactions will happen online. We will provide a zoom link for our scheduled interactions, this keeps the process simple a

Yes! We need to capitalize on the momentum that happens when we focus solely on your project during this time.
06. Do 30-Day Brand Build workshops take all day?
Not at all. Before the project begins, you’ll complete a short pre-work questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience and goals in advance. We then start with a focused onboarding call to review your answers and align on the key foundations of the brand.
Because the process runs over 30 days, we may schedule additional short calls if needed at key moments in the project. These are always purposeful and focused on clarifying decisions so the work can continue moving forward smoothly.
07. What is needed from me during a 30-Day Brand Build?
Before the project begins, you’ll complete a short questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience and goals in advance. We’ll review this together during an onboarding call to ensure we start fully aligned.
Throughout the 30-day process, your involvement is mainly required at key decision points. When a direction needs to be selected or clarification is necessary, we’ll schedule short calls or interactions to review the work together. These moments are focused and limited, allowing the project to move forward smoothly without requiring constant availability from your side.
08. Is a website included in the visual identity 30-Day Brand Build?
No unfortunately not, but we do provide a homepage mockup as a conceptual design to show the brand in context. All rights to the mockup remain with Eeze Studios. If we move forward together on a website build, the design can be used and developed further.

09. Do I need branding or web first?
If your brand identity doesn’t exist yet, or no longer reflects where you’re heading then it’s best to start with branding. If your brand already feels solid but your website feels outdated, misaligned, or non-existent, then a web-focused product is the next step.
10. What if I’m not sure which one is right?
If you’re between options, share your current brand, your goals, and your timeline, and we’ll recommend the best product or a simple sequence, like branding first and web after.
11. What Is The Difference Between A Brand Sprint And A Brand Immersion?
What Is The Difference Between A Brand Sprint And A Brand Immersion?
A Brand Sprint is a short, design-focused process created for businesses that need a strong visual identity quickly. It focuses on delivering the core elements needed to launch or present a brand.
Brand Immersion is a deeper, four-week brand development process. It includes strategy, positioning, voice, and visual identity, allowing us to build a more considered and comprehensive brand system.
12. What if I need revisions?
Our packages are fast-paced, focused, timeline-bound projects without revision. Once the creative direction is decided we don’t believe revisions are needed or required.
- For branding and design jobs we accommodate revisions at an additional fee, in which case 48 hours will be added to each revision. Revisions can be requested once a specific task is completed and handed over, for that specific task at hand. Approved tasks are not eligible for revisions within this scope. This keeps the process smooth and efficient.
- For websites, revisions during the design phase are handled with the process mentioned above. Once the website design is approved and signed off, revisions on coded elements are charged per 5-hour units, understanding that re-coding already approved designs is time consuming. In these context, a revision is a change on an already approved design. Deviations from design or bugs are fixed at no extra cost.
13. Why Does Strong Branding Matter For My Business?
Strong branding creates clarity, trust and recognition. It helps your business communicate its values, attract the right audience and stand out in a crowded market. A well-built brand system ensures everything from your website to social media feels consistent and intentional.
Over time, this consistency makes your brand memorable and instantly recognizable; like how seeing the colour red immediately brings Coca-Cola to mind.
14. What If I Don’t Like The Direction?
To keep the process efficient and timelines predictable, revisions are not included by default. Instead, we focus on presenting clear, considered options throughout each stage so you can choose the direction that feels right. If additional revisions are needed, they can easily be added on as required. This approach allows you to only pay for what you actually need while keeping the process focused and on schedule.
Clients usually choose to work with us because they connect with our design approach and visual style. The process is intentionally structured to allow our expertise to guide the work while still giving you clear decision points along the way.
15. What if I don’t have a brand name?
We can add a Naming Consultation to your package. This includes two one-hour sessions across two days where we brainstorm naming ideas together using different creative frameworks. The time between sessions allows space to reflect before refining the strongest directions.
16. Who Owns The Final Brand Assets?
Once the project is complete and final payment has been made, you will receive all final brand assets. These assets are yours to use across your business, marketing, and future materials. As the design studio behind the work, we retain the right to showcase the project within our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials.
Ownership of the work transfers only once the project has been paid in full. If any outstanding payments remain, all concepts, designs, and assets remain the property of EEZE Studio and may not be used or reproduced.
17. What Makes Your Approach Different?
