Monthly retainers for ongoing support
Our retainers are designed for existing clients who are past the initial launch but not done growing. Instead of managing a full project for every update, you reserve a set amount of our time each month for priorities like new pages, design refinements, landing pages, or small feature updates. We agree the scope together, refresh it regularly, and keep your brand and website moving.
What's Included
01. Reserved studio time each month
A fixed block of our time allocated to you, so your work doesn’t compete with the main production schedule.
02. Prioritised task list
We agree the most important tasks for the month—such as a new sales page, layout upgrade, or campaign assets—so we’re always working on what moves the needle most.
03. Brand and web support
We can update layouts, design new sections, create simple landing pages, adjust typography/colour usage, or align new collateral to your existing brand.
04. Light development changes
For web clients, we handle small, scoped frontend tweaks, new sections, or minor functional improvements on your existing site. Larger features spin out into separate projects.
05. Ongoing guidance
You can use part of the time for feedback on ideas, light consulting, or reviewing how your brand and website are performing in the real world.
Our Packages
Our retainers are designed for existing clients who want ongoing support. For new engagements, our fixed-scope projects run on fixed timelines with clear processes from start to finish so you know exactly what’s included, what it costs, and when it will be delivered.
FAQs
01. Who are retainers for?
Retainers are for existing clients who already have a brand or website in place and need ongoing support—new pages, campaigns, refinements—without kicking off a full new project every time.
02. How is this different from your old Creative Subscription?
The subscription was time-based with a 48-hour cycle and “unlimited” tasks in a queue. Retainers are scope-based: we agree what we’ll focus on each month, how many hours we’ll reserve, and what’s realistic to deliver—no guessing how much fits into a task slot.
03. What kind of work can go into a retainer?
Typical work includes new or refined pages, layout and UX improvements, small feature updates, design for campaigns, or adapting your existing brand across touchpoints. Anything significantly large or structural becomes its own project, and we’ll flag that early.
04. Do unused hours roll over?
Usually, no. Retainers are designed for steady progress each month. If you know you have a heavier season, we can adjust the retainer for that period instead of banking hours.
05. Can I cancel or pause?
You can cancel with 2 weeks notice so we can wrap up work in progress and release your slot. Pauses are handled case by case depending on our schedule.
06. How do we get started?
If you’re an existing client, tell us what you need over the next 3–6 months and we’ll propose a retainer size and scope. Once we agree, we lock in your slot and start from the next calendar month.
