30-Day Website Build

Overview

A 30 day website build for wellness and hospitality brands that need a fuller digital home. Deep, considered, still fast.

This sprint is designed for studios, spas, retreats, boutique stays, and wellness concepts that want a strong main site, a place for ongoing content, and the option to sell treatments, passes, or products online. You arrive with your brand and content; we design and build a structured website with a CMS content hub and, if needed, a small shop—so guests can understand, explore, and book with ease.

What's Included

  • 01Strategy & Structure

We start with a detailed questionnaire and a strategy call to understand your offers, audience, and business goals. From there we map out a sitemap for around 8–10 pages and define the key journeys, how someone moves from landing on your site to booking a treatment, reserving a stay, or enquiring about a retreat so every page has a clear role before we design.

  • 02Responsive Website Design & Build

Using your existing brand (logo, colours, fonts), we design a custom homepage that sets the visual language, rhythm, and hierarchy for the whole site. The homepage becomes your anchor screen, balancing atmosphere with clarity so wellness and hospitality guests immediately feel what you stand for and see where to go next.

We extend the approved look and feel to the rest of your pages such as About, Services or Experiences, individual offer pages, Studio or Location, FAQs, and Contact. These are built using a flexible section system (heroes, image/text blocks, testimonials, FAQs, pricing, CTAs) so they read clearly and can be reused for future additions without new design each time

  • 03CMS-powered content hub

We set up a content structure in the platform’s CMS (for example “Journal”, “Stories”, “Resources”, or “Updates”) so you can publish new content without touching design. You get a content overview page, a content detail template, and a small featured section on a key page so your latest stories or resources can surface naturally in your site.

  • 04Shop Layer (E-commerce option)

If you opt for the CMS + shop version, we also set up a small online shop for treatments, passes, gift vouchers, or products. This includes a product structure, a shop page that clearly presents your offers, a product detail template designed for wellness buyers, and a featured offer section. Shopify setup and connection is included if we use Shopify as your store and checkout layer.

  • 05Platform Setup

We select and set up the best‑fit platform for your project (Squarespace, Framer, or Webflow) and implement all agreed pages there. That includes building responsive layouts, navigation, footer, and basic site settings so the site feels solid on mobile, tablet, and desktop from day one.

  • 06Essential Integrations

We connect one primary enquiry or contact form and basic email capture to your chosen email or CRM tool. Where appropriate, we integrate simple booking or enquiry flows, such as linking to or embedding your studio, spa, or villa booking platform so clients can reserve or enquire without friction.

  • 07SEO & Launch-Ready Setup

We apply essential on‑page SEO across core pages and templates, setting titles, meta descriptions, clean URLs, and alt text where appropriate. We also set up analytics (such as GA4) so you can see which pages and offers drive views, clicks, and enquiries once the site is live.

  • 08Polish, launch prep, and domain connection

Within the sprint window, we refine small details that emerge naturally in build: spacing, alignment, responsive adjustments and prepare the site for launch. We handle domain connection inside your chosen platform and line everything up so going live is a calm step, not a scramble.

  • 09Handover Call & Post launch support

At the end of the sprint, we walk you through how to manage pages, publish or edit content entries in the CMS, and, if included, update products or offers in your shop. You receive admin access, short Loom walkthroughs for key tasks, and a defined period of light post‑launch support to fix bugs that surface once guests start using the site.

Timeline

Before we start

You complete a short questionnaire and share your final copy, logo, colours, fonts, and references. We confirm scope, sitemap, and platform so the sprint can focus on design, build, and launch.

Days 1 and 2: Monday to Tuesday

We hold a strategy call to align on goals, audience, and offers, then define your sitemap and key user journeys. Based on that, we sketch simple low‑fi layouts for the homepage and one or two key templates so structure is clear before we move into full design.

Days 3 and 4: Wednesday to Thursday

We design your homepage in full fidelity using your existing brand and confirm the visual direction for the site. Once approved, this homepage becomes the reference for all other layouts, keeping the rest of the sprint fast and decisive.

Days 5 to 8 - Friday to Monday

We extend the approved look and feel to your core interior pages, such as About, Services/Experiences, and a key offer page. By the end of this phase, the main pages your guests will use most are designed and internally locked so they’re ready for build.

Days 9 and 10:

We design the remaining pages in your sitemap using a shared component system, ensuring consistency and efficient future updates. All layouts are now defined, and we treat the full design set as locked so development can move without rework.

Days 11 to 17: Thursday to Wednesday

We build the full site in Framer, Webflow, or Squarespace, implementing all pages, navigation, and responsive behaviour. The focus is on faithful implementation of the designs and a smooth experience across devices.

Days 18 and 19: Thursday to Friday

We set up your CMS content hub, configuring the collection, content overview page, and detail templates. If you’ve chosen the shop option, we also set up your product structure, shop page, and product detail template, connecting Shopify where relevant.

Days 22 to 24: Monday to Wednesday

We connect your primary enquiry form and simple email capture, and, where in scope, integrate basic booking or enquiry flows with your existing tools. At the same time, we apply on‑page SEO essentials and configure analytics so the site is ready to start capturing meaningful data at launch.

Days 25 and 26: Thursday to Friday

We run internal checks across pages, navigation, content hub entries, and shop flows (if included) and prepare the domain connection and platform settings. The goal is that launch on Monday feels calm and predictable, with no last‑minute surprises.

Day 29: Monday

We connect your domain and take the site live, then host a training and handover session. You learn how to edit pages, publish or update content items in the CMS, and, if relevant, manage products and offers. You leave with admin access, Loom walkthroughs, and a clear understanding of your light post‑launch support window.

FAQs

  • 01Who is the Signature Site Sprint for?

This sprint is for wellness studios, spas, retreats, boutique hospitality brands and businesses in general that need a fuller site than a simple five‑page presence. It’s ideal when you want a strong main site plus a CMS‑powered content hub, and optionally a small shop for treatments, passes, or products.

  • 02Do I need to have my branding ready before this sprint?

Yes. You’ll need a basic brand in place before we start: logo, colours, fonts, and final copy for all pages in scope. The sprint focuses on website design and build around an existing identity—it doesn’t include logo design or full brand development. If you need branding first, we’ll point you to our brand identity packages as a better starting point.

  • 03What exactly is included in the Launch Site Sprint?

The sprint includes strategy and structure for up to five pages, homepage and interior page design using your existing brand, full build on Squarespace, Framer, or Webflow, one primary enquiry/contact form, basic analytics setup, essential on‑page SEO, and a live handover session. You end with a responsive, launch‑ready site that you can update yourself.

  • 04What’s not included in this sprint?

This sprint doesn’t include full branding (logo, colour palette, typography from scratch), copywriting, a CMS‑powered content hub, a shop, complex booking or membership systems, multi‑language sites, or heavy custom code. If you need a deeper site with a content hub or shop, the 4‑week Signature Site Sprint is usually a better fit. If you need complex flows or a fully custom stack, we’ll guide you toward a custom build instead.

  • 05What if I need more pages than the five included?

The Launch Site Sprint is intentionally designed for small, focused sites. If you need significantly more pages or sections, we’ll either add them as paid extras or recommend moving into the 4‑week Signature Site Sprint, which is better suited for larger structures. In some cases, a custom build is the right direction if your content and flows are complex.

  • 06Can I add a CMS (blog, journal, resources) or shop to this sprint?

No. This sprint is for static, service‑led sites only—no CMS collections and no shop. If you want a content hub for stories, resources, or journal‑style updates, or if you want to sell treatments, passes, or products online, you’ll want the 4‑week Signature Site Sprint, which includes a CMS and can include a shop as well.

  • 07What if I need complex booking or membership features?

Simple booking or enquiry flows can be handled through your contact form, plugins or links to an existing scheduling tool. If you need deeper integrations—like full studio or spa management systems, memberships, complex calendars, or multi‑location booking—we treat that as either part of the 4‑week Signature Site Sprint or a Custom Web Build, depending on complexity.

  • 08What happens if I’m late with feedback or content?

This sprint works because it moves quickly. Content and assets must be ready before we start, and key feedback points (homepage and full page designs) need same‑day responses. If feedback or content is delayed, the timeline and launch date move accordingly, and in some cases we’ll need to pause and reschedule your sprint or recommend a 4‑week build instead.

  • 09What if I change my mind on direction mid‑sprint?

The Launch Site Sprint is designed as a decisive process with tight scope. Once we’ve aligned on direction and locked designs, major changes of direction aren’t included. If you realise mid‑way that you need a larger rethink, we can either schedule a new sprint, extend the work as a separate add‑on, or move you toward a 4‑week Signature Site Sprint or branding engagement if the issue is deeper than the website.

  • 10What if I need more revisions than the sprint allows?

This sprint includes focused feedback on the homepage and a single pass on the full site design. If you need further rounds of changes beyond that, we can quote an extra revision block as an add‑on or suggest a follow‑up micro‑sprint. If you know up front that you prefer more collaboration and iteration, the 4‑week Signature Site Sprint is usually a better fit.

  • 11What if I need changes after the site goes live?

After launch, we offer a short window of light post‑launch support to fix bugs and small issues. New features, additional pages, or design changes after that window are considered new scope. For ongoing improvements, you can either book another sprint or move into our creative subscription model to evolve the site steadily over time.

  • 12When should I choose the 4‑week Signature Site Sprint instead?

Choose the 4‑week Signature Sprint if you need more than five pages, want a CMS‑powered content hub, want to add a shop, or have more complex booking and integration needs. It’s designed for wellness and hospitality brands that need a fuller digital home rather than a simple launch presence. If you’re planning to grow content, run campaigns, or sell online, this is usually the right starting point.

  • 13When is a Custom Web Build the better choice?

If you need a fully custom stack (such as Next.js + Sanity), advanced Shopify setups, multi‑location or multi‑language structures, or deeper integrations with booking, PMS, or CRM systems, we’ll guide you into a Custom Web Build instead of a sprint. That starts with a separate discovery and architecture phase so we can design the right system around your business.

  • 14What if I don’t have my brand identity yet?

If you don’t yet have a logo, colour palette, and typography in place, the Launch Site Sprint isn’t the right first step. In that case, we recommend starting with one of our branding packages, where we create your visual identity and core brand tools. Once those foundations are set, we can then plug them into a Launch Site Sprint or the 4‑week Signature Site Sprint.
