Bali Treasure Properties is a leading real estate agency in Bali with a growing portfolio of luxury villas for rent and sale. When we began collaborating, their digital systems and visual identity felt outdated compared to the competition. They needed a more trustworthy presence and a platform that could better support growth and day to day operations.

Approach

We set out to design a digital experience that balances simplicity, trust, and performance. The focus was on improving the user journey from property search to enquiry by making every interaction intuitive and conversion driven. We also aimed to unify their internal workflows by connecting the tools their team relied on daily so handovers between marketing, sales, and operations felt seamless.

Scope

Eeze Studio redesigned and rebuilt Bali Treasure Properties’ website using Sanity CMS as a flexible, structured content layer for their listings. We created a clear interface that allows users to easily filter, compare, and save villas while keeping performance and mobile use in mind. On the backend, we migrated their property database from Podio to Sanity CMS and integrated Monday.com via API to streamline lead management, centralize information, and reduce manual work for the team.
