Creative Subscription FAQ
Everything You Need to Know Before You Subscribe
Thinking about switching to a subscription-based creative service? Whether you're new to the model or just want to know how it works in practice, this page answers the most common questions clients ask us — honestly and clearly.
What is a creative subscription service?
A creative subscription service gives you access to an agency’s full set of services (branding, web design, development, etc.) for a flat monthly fee. Instead of paying per project, you submit tasks to a queue — and each task is completed within a fixed turnaround (e.g., 48 hours).
What kind of tasks can I request?
You can request anything within the agency’s offering. This typically includes:
- Brand identity design
- Landing pages and web design
- Web development and maintenance
- Social media graphics
- Email design
- Packaging or print assets
If you’re not sure whether something fits, just ask us
How many tasks can I submit?
You can submit as many tasks as you want. We’ll work on them one at a time, in the order you prioritize them.
What does “one task at a time” mean?
We focus 100% on one task in your queue, and aim to deliver it within 48 hours. Once you approve or request a revision, we move on to the next one. This ensures quality, speed, and consistency.
What’s the turnaround time?
Each task is delivered within 48 business hours. Complex requests (like full websites or brand identities) are broken into smaller chunks and completed over multiple cycles.
What if I need something urgently?
We can often accommodate quick-turn requests — just flag it as urgent when submitting. However, since we work through tasks one by one, we recommend planning ahead where possible.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. If you have no tasks for a while, you can pause anytime and resume later — no extra cost, no penalties. Pausing retains your spot and keeps your task queue intact.
Is there a contract?
We offer month-to-month flexibility. There’s no long-term commitment — stay as long as we’re helping your brand grow. You can cancel, upgrade, or pause anytime.
What if I’m not happy with a deliverable?
We offer unlimited revisions per task until you're happy. Just give us clear feedback, and we’ll adjust it.
How is this different from hiring freelancers?
Freelancers can be great, but they often need to be re-hired, re-briefed, and managed closely. With a subscription, you get us, a reliable creative partner who understands your brand and delivers consistently — without the hiring process or per-project negotiation.
How do new web development projects work inside the subscription?
For new websites or web development projects, we kick things off with a special setup phase. During this time, we temporarily increase development capacity to get all foundational work done quickly — including:
- Tech stack setup
- Repo, CMS, and deployment configuration
- Style and layout system
- Starter components and architecture
- Sitemap or page structure planning
After this initial setup sprint, your project continues as part of the regular task queue (1 task every 48 hours), allowing you to build pages, features, or integrations incrementally.
This hybrid approach ensures fast starts without compromising long-term flexibility.
Can I use the subscription for a big one-time project?
You can — but remember we’ll deliver the project task-by-task, not all at once. If you’re looking to launch something big (like a brand and website), the subscription may take a few weeks but offers more flexibility and ongoing support after launch.
For faster delivery times and tighter timelines we also offer multipliers (2x, 3x) at additional rates allowing you to submit multiple tasks at once.
What’s the best way to get the most out of my subscription?
- Submit clear, focused tasks
- Prioritize your queue so we always know what’s next
- Use it consistently (even for small things) — the value adds up fast
- Think long-term: you can build much more than just a website
Who is this model best suited for?
It’s ideal for:
- Startups and founders with evolving creative needs
- Brands without a full in-house design/dev team
- Marketing teams launching frequent campaigns
- Agencies or creators who need white-labeled support
- Anyone tired of scope creep, delays, or unclear costs
